Online Coaching Program
Dating with Confidence & Clarity: A Psychological Approach

You feel anxious about starting or continuing to date.

Maybe you’ve had a string of relationships that haven’t worked out — or you’ve never had a relationship — and it’s left you wondering if something is wrong with you. Dating can feel overwhelming, discouraging, and at times, impossible.

It’s painful watching others move through dating and relationships with ease while every step feels hard for you. You see people spending weekends together, planning holidays, talking about their future… and you’re left feeling lonely, confused, and unsure where you’re going wrong. Their well-meaning advice often clashes or makes you feel worse.

As a Clinical Psychologist & Dating Coach, I understand that finding a fulfilling relationship is deeply important to you — and that struggling in this area can impact your confidence, wellbeing, and hope for the future.

But it is possible to date with greater confidence and clarity.

With the right support, you can build practical skills to create meaningful dates, navigate online and in-person dating with less anxiety, understand dating dynamics, set healthy boundaries, and identify partners who are genuinely good for you. Imagine moving through the dating process with more ease, self-trust, and the ability to grow the healthy relationship you desire.

This online program is designed to help reduce dating anxiety so you no longer feel stuck, overwhelmed, or second-guessing every decision.

Your facilitator, Nadine, has over 10 years of experience supporting people through psychological therapy and coaching. The program is accessible, evidence-informed, and practical — combining group support, individual guidance, and a comprehensive 61-page workbook you can continue using long after the program ends.

Join a supportive, structured program with expert guidance — and start moving toward dating with confidence, clarity, and a renewed sense of hope.
