These programs are designed to help you build the core skills you need for dating and relationships — the things most of us were never taught.

 

You’ll learn how to understand your attachment style, set healthy boundaries, communicate more confidently, and align your dating choices with your values. We’ll also explore ways to manage dating anxiety, lift low mood, boost self-confidence, and navigate online dating without feeling overwhelmed.

Join a 12-week online group dating coaching program designed to help build confidence, have tools to create and navigate dates, & manage overwhelm — both 1:1 and group support, with use of psychological tools.

Clinical Psychology Sessions

Confidential therapy is available both online and in person. I support people with a range of psychological challenges- including managing intense emotions, relationship issues, trauma, anxiety and depression.

 

Evidence-based approaches are tailored to each individual and may include DBT, EMDR, and trauma-informed, mindfulness-based methods. The sessions are also informed by an interest in the mind-body connection, with practices drawn from yoga and other body-based approaches.

We acknowledge the Gadigal people of the Eora Nation, the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we work and live. We pay our respects to Elders past and present, and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today.
